Tour of Deko Skartov’s lapidary and metalsmith workshop with a focus on cutting Macedonian Ruby was given at Skopje, North Macedonia. We were shown the local historical art of fillagree jewellery with a demonstration on cutting and setting Macedonian Ruby that is side product of marble mine in Prilep we visited.
